• Chat conversations: When you use the Aaron AI chat widget, we store the conversation transcript and any contact details you share (name, email, phone, company, etc.).
• Purchase information: When you buy a service, Stripe collects your name, email, billing address, phone number, payment method details, and optionally your company name and use case.
• Email correspondence: Any email you send to hello@aronov.ventures or replies to our messages.
• Booking information: If you book a Discovery Call via Cal.com, Cal.com collects scheduling details.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and personalize our consulting services.
• To respond to your inquiries and follow up after a chat or purchase.
• To process payments via Stripe.
• To send you transactional emails (receipts, summaries, scheduling confirmations).
• To improve our services and the AI chat experience.

3. Third Parties

We use the following service providers and share only the data needed to provide the relevant service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — powers the Aaron AI chat (conversation text is sent to Claude for response generation; Anthropic does not train on this data per their API terms)
• Vercel — website and serverless function hosting
• AWS (Route 53, etc.) — DNS and supporting infrastructure
• Cal.com — scheduling

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We keep chat transcripts and purchase records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@aronov.ventures, subject to retention requirements (e.g., tax records).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Object to certain processing
• Data portability

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted env vars for API keys, no payment card data stored on our servers (all card processing happens on Stripe).

We use minimal cookies for site functionality (no third-party advertising or tracking cookies). Stripe and Vercel may set their own functional cookies during checkout and page loads.

8. Children

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.
